1.1. User Registration

To use GILLES & GRACE CAFE's services, you must register on the website, providing your full name, email address, and accepting the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. After registration, a confirmation message will be sent.

1.2. Shipping conditions

GILLES & GRACE CAFE ships exclusively within Spain (excluding the Canary Islands). Delivery times are 72 business hours, subject to change during peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the User.

GILLES & GRACE CAFE will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product is not made as a result of the inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided by the User, as well as in the event that the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond GILLES & GRACE CAFE's control.

In any case, if 5 days have passed since the last delivery attempt and the order has not been delivered, it will be returned to the origin and the contract will be terminated.

1.3. Product Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. It is important to provide an address where the order can be delivered during business hours and a contact phone number.

Food orders will be delivered by a delivery company (Correos Express) depending on product availability.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

In addition, all deadlines may be affected during special periods such as Christmas, Black Friday or sales due to the high volume of shipments.

GILLES & GRACE CAFE reserves the right to a shipping time of up to 30 days in case of stock problems or incidents.

1.4. Order Selection and Processing

Registered users can add products to their shopping cart and modify its contents. The process includes selecting products, confirming the order, and choosing a payment method.

1.5. Price of products

Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. The minimum order is €30.

1.6. Payment method

We accept payments via debit or credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe with SSL encryption.

1.7. Confirmation of receipt of acceptance

After completing the purchase, an email will be sent with the order details.

1.8. Returns Policy

Since GILLES & GRACE CAFE offers food products, returns are not accepted to ensure safety and hygiene. This policy is in accordance with Spanish regulations, which restrict the return of perishable products unless they are defective or spoiled.

1.9. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal will not apply to perishable goods, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, and others specified in current regulations.

This policy is in accordance with Spanish legislation, which prohibits the return of food products to guarantee the safety and quality of the food supplied to our customers.

Shipping

At GILLES & GRACE CAFE, we are committed to delivering your food orders quickly and efficiently. Our delivery times are:

• Shipping within Spain (excluding the Canary Islands): 72 business hours.

Our shipping cost is €9.90 – €10.90 for deliveries within mainland Spain and from €16.90 for the Balearic Islands. Free shipping within mainland Spain for orders over €79.90.

If the product requires cold transport and delivery, special packaging, handling, and refrigerated transport are applied to ensure that the product arrives in optimal condition.

Return policy

Since GILLES & GRACE CAFE supplies food products, it is important to note that, for food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. This policy is in accordance with Spanish law, which does not allow the return of food products.
